New dress

I am trying to supplement Eyvind's school clothes with some sewing projects, but I haven't sewn anything in months.  To get back in the swing of it, I made this simple dress.  She insisted on posing for every picture and was looking over my shoulder when I was loading them onto the blog because she wanted to make sure that I got ALL of them.

 One size too big and still needs to be hemmed.  The little dancer thinks it's perfect.

 For the curious, I used Simplicity pattern 7610.  I have no idea what the fabric is because it was given to me (from you, Mom?).  It kind of looks like athletic jersey fabric because it has a mesh look on one side.  I put the mesh to the inside which means I may have used it inside out, but who's going to know?
